HeartbreakHow can your heart stop for one horrifying moment, and then carry on beating traitorously, as though nothing has happened and the world will carry on? How can it not give up? Why won’t it stop like you want it to? Even though it knows that it’s pouring blood. Masses of blood just spilling into your body. And you know that soon you must die anyway from the leakage. Because the pain is just too great. You know that your body cannot withstand that much pain and pressure. That your heart must eventually just give out. And it will, if it knows what’s good for it. But it doesn’t know. Because it’s never been taught this before. You’ve never felt thHeartbreak
